The table is a planning filter. Count faceouts as feature capacity, not as the shop. If every groove has an arm, you have bought a showroom with nowhere to put Friday’s delivery.

• Shoulder-out for graphic tees. The product is the print.
• Waterfall as storage. It is a story, not a warehouse.
• Faceouts into the aisle. Specify arm length. The same discipline as hook length on bags.

What belongs on the quotation

1. Faceout count per wall — a number, not “plenty.”
2. Hangrail length for the size run.
3. Waterfall count if you want stepped outfits (usually few).
4. Arm length so the walk survives.
5. Language of the document, Thai or English.

Send shop type, whether graphics are the product, and selling-floor size. That is enough to specify a story wall plus a packed rail instead of a forest of arms.
