What panel layout is for
Panels are a grid. Groove spacing is fixed. Hangrail height, shelf pitches, and faceout rows must land on that grid — hangrail height. If you pick height from a lookbook and panels from a leftover bundle, the rail will sit in the wrong groove.
Bay widths should match how you merchandising-think: a hang bay, a shelf bay, a bag ledge — not random leftovers at the door. What a 40 sqm boutique needs is quantity; this is how that quantity meets the corners.
Corners and ends need trims, returns, or a decision to stop the system. A raw panel edge in the sightline from the door is an unfinished quote.
Electrical for signage or case lights belongs on the drawing before the sheet is cut. A cable on the decorative face is a specification failure.
Empty grooves are not a style. They mean accessories were not on the schedule. Specify hangrail, shelves, and hooks as lines, or you bought joinery.
When the wall cannot take a full run
Landlord glass, columns, AC, and fire equipment break the bay. Mall vs street. Measure interruptions. Do not assume a 2400 mm panel fits between two services.
If you cannot drill, the layout problem moves to freestanding slatwall: footprint, back-to-back, and whether the unit’s panel width matches the accessory family you already own.
Materials and humidity affect which sheet you choose; they do not forgive a bad corner. We do not publish panel prices or load tests. Compatibility of inserts is the quote line — black vs chrome hooks still have to seat.
Checklist before you order
- Wall lengths, floor to ceiling, and every interruption.
- Groove orientation and the hangrail millimetres you actually want.
- Bay split: hang vs shelf vs feature.
- Corner, end, and skirting details.
- Electrical points on the same drawing.
- Accessory list counted, not “as photo.”
- Language of the quotation, Thai or English.
How to brief a quotation is the pack you send. Photos of the empty wall plus a tape on the length are enough to start.

- Panels first, height second.
- Ignoring columns. Leftover strips at eye line.
- No trims. Raw edges from the door.
- Lightbox after the wall is up.
- Mixing accessory pitch from another system.
