When to Replace Shop Fixtures in Thailand
Replace the line that failed. Rebuilding the perimeter because the season changed is a seasonal reset, not a fit-out.
When to replace shop fixtures in Thailand is when the walk, the wrap, or the wall no longer does the job — not when a lookbook is newer. Independent retailers replace a whole perimeter because a season changed. The shops that last reset accessories first, then replace the piece that actually failed.
Seasonal reset is move, not rebuild. Humidity and finishes is when the sheet gave up. Fixtures vs custom is when custom was the wrong spend.
Replace vs reset
Reset if the wall still holds hangrail and the wrap still packs. Change arms, tickets, the floor story.
Replace the piece if casters will not lock, the wrap cannot pack, shelves have no lip and product walks, or MDF edges are open on a wet wall. Name the failed line on the quotation — do not buy a second forest.
Replace the system if you cannot drill and you have been living on unlocked rolling racks as the size run — wall vs freestanding, landlord. Or if peg was used as a fashion wall — pegboard.

What belongs on the quotation
- What stays, what is replaced — named.
- Why (function, not fashion).
- Reset accessory list if the wall stays.
- Disposal / take-away of the old piece if you need it said.
- Language of the document, Thai or English.
Send photos of what failed and shop type. That is enough to specify a line instead of a rebuild.
Fix the job, not the lookbook
