The shops that convert keep one tray at service height and the rest in a case staff can open.
We do not publish security ratings, lock grades, or glass specifications. If the line needs a key, name a showcase or glass case on the quotation. A tray is not a rating.

What the fixture is for
A watch wants a face, a strap colour, and a place to try on with staff. It does not want twenty cushions as décor.
Open tray for the story you want handled — one height at the service edge. Counter height still applies. Remaining width must pack if the tray shares the wrap — cash wrap.
Case for the rest. Staff access is a line. We do not invent millimetres of glass. Mirror at try-on if the customer looks at the wrist.
Not the window as inventory. One watch in the glass is an ad — window. A case in the first two metres is still in the door — layout.
Mall rules may own the front case — landlord. Street shops still owe remaining walk after a floor case.
Do not use garment hangrail or peg as a watch wall. Straps tangle and the perimeter looks like leftover stock.

Send shop type and whether watches sit on the floor or behind glass. That is enough to specify a tray instead of a pillow dump.
