In the window. One story, not the size run. Base must not block the door swing.
Not a rolling rack with a torso. Casters need locks — rolling racks. A mannequin is not receiving.

Kids: a child-height form still owes adult walk and a stroller path.
Finish of the base should not introduce a fifth metal — chrome vs powder coat.
