Aisle width in a small retail shop is two people with bags — not a supermarket module copied from a photograph. Independent retailers in Thailand fill the floor until customers turn sideways, then add another rail because opening week looked sparse.

What aisle width is for
Passing. Trying on without blocking the door. A staff member with a rail from receiving — back of house. Fitting-room doors — fitting rooms.
Faceouts, outriggers, and hook length all spend aisle. Put those millimetres on the quotation so the leftover walk is real — faceout spacing.
A gondola creates two aisles. Under 50 sqm they are usually too tight. A four-way needs a turning circle, not a photograph crop.
Mall fire routes may be stricter than your taste — landlord. We do not invent a code millimetre. Get the manual.
Kids’ shops still need an adult with a bag to pass — kids heights. Beauty testers need a stance that is not the aisle — tester.

- Measuring empty floor, then filling it.
- Ignoring arm projection.
- Two corridors nobody asked for.
- Aisle that dies when someone pays.
What belongs on the quotation
- Remaining walk width after named fixtures.
- Projection of arms, hooks, outriggers.
- Door swing and fitting-room swing.
- Landlord route rules if any.
- Language of the document, Thai or English.
Send shop type and a sketch with the first two metres marked. That is enough to specify a walk instead of a filled photograph.
Leave a walk, then add the rail
