Queue space at the cash wrap in a small shop is a walk that still exists when someone is paying — not a wrap jammed against the door. Independent retailers in Thailand put the till where the leftover wall is and discover the queue closes the fitting rooms, the peg wall, or the shutter.

What queue space is for
One or two people with bags, not a supermarket snake. The wrap still packs — impulse is a tray, not a second shop in the queue. Fitting-room doors must still open — fitting rooms.
Mall units may own where a queue may legally sit — mall vs street, landlord. A corridor queue is often not yours.
A gondola or four-way in front of the wrap is how the queue becomes a forest. Opening priority: wrap and walk before campaign.
Beauty testers are not the queue — tester counter.
How to keep it
Measure leftover width after POS and bag well — how to measure. If there is no leftover, skip impulse and skip a form beside the till. Put the wrap on a side or back wall on 30–60 sqm.
We do not invent queue-management hardware as a product line here. Stanchions are a mall conversation, not a boutique default.

- Landlord queue rules if any.
- Language of the document, Thai or English.
Send shop type, a photo standing at the planned wrap, and door swing. That is enough to specify a queue that still walks.
