What the shop is actually for

Customers shop by scanning a grid and asking a person behind a counter. They compare chargers side by side. They do not shop an outfit. Face-out hanging is the wrong language.

A service / cash counter with a flat work surface, bag well, and room for a tester phone or a POS. Testers here are devices, not beauty bottles — still a hygiene and theft stance. Labels. An unlabelled peg wall is a puzzle. Price and name on the row are part of the fixture brief, same as a gift shop.

Layout: decompression still empty — not a hook wall in the first two metres if you have a door. Sightline to the person at the counter. Peg density on the sides. A centre gondola only if the unit is wide enough that two people can pass; in a kiosk, skip it.

Common mistakes

• No labels.
• Showcase on the wrap.
• Hooks into the aisle. Specify hook length.
• Fashion mannequin as the hero. A form with a phone case is a window story, not the shop — window fixtures.

What belongs on the quotation

1. Peg or grid, panel count, hook pitch and length.
2. Counter size and whether service and pay share it.
3. Shelf bays only if you sell boxed kits.
4. Landlord drill / footprint rules.
5. Language of the document, Thai or English.

Send shop type, mall or street, and whether you repair on the counter. That is enough to specify a counted wall plus a worktop instead of a boutique costume.
