Slatwall Corner Trim and J-Mould
A raw cut at eye height is unfinished spec. Specify trim. Do not hang hooks on a sliver.
Slatwall corner trim and J-mould finish the edge — leftover sheet at eye line is unfinished spec. Independent retailers in Thailand leave a raw cut because the panel was short. The shops that look finished specify trim, a J-mould, or a return panel so the groove does not die as a splinter.
Slatwall returns and end caps is the corner of the run. Corner and column is the interruption. Panel layout is the bay. Base decks finish the bottom. This page is the vertical and exposed edge.
What trim is for
J-mould / edge trim. Caps a cut edge so it does not read as leftover sheet. Finish should not introduce a fourth metal — black vs chrome, materials.
Inside corner. Grooves must land or you specify a finished blank — slatwall vs wood if the return is timber.
Outside corner. A sharp leftover millimetre at eye line photographs as a construction site. How to measure: corners before you order sheets.
Humidity: the cut edge is the wet line. We do not invent a warranty. Landlord may own the demising corner.
Empty grooves to a raw edge are not accessory slots — faceout spacing, slatwall accessories.

What belongs on the quotation

- Language of the document, Thai or English.
Send photos of every exposed cut. That is enough to specify trim instead of leftover sheet.
Finish the edge
If you are fitting slatwall in Thailand, do not leave a raw cut at eye height. Send the shop type, the size, and the opening month through the fixture plan form. We will return one fixture schedule and one written quotation — Thai or English — covering trim, corners, and the walk.

- Usually no. A sliver is not an accessory bay. Finish it.

- It can read as a fifth metal. Match the accessory family on the quotation.
- Does trim replace a return panel?
- Trim finishes an edge. A return is a second face. Name which job per corner.
