Lookbook and Brochure Holders on the Shop Floor

Published 30 August 2026 · 4 min read

One holder beside the wrap. Catalogues in the window are leftover paper. Price tickets are still the SKU communicator.

Lookbooks and brochure holders on the shop floor are a communicator with a footprint — not a third brand wall of paper. Independent retailers in Thailand stack catalogues on the wrap and in the window because “it looks open.” The shops that convert keep one holder at service height and put the rest in back.

Signage is the graphic family. Price tickets are the SKU price. This page is print you want taken or browsed. Impulse is a tray at pay, not a brochure mountain.

What a holder is for

A lookbook is a story. A brochure is a takeaway. Neither is merchandising of the garment. One holder beside the wrap or the tester — tester — is enough. A stack in the window is leftover paper — window.

Specify footprint so packing still works — cash wrap. Acrylic or metal is a finish — materials, acrylic risers are not brochure walls.

Foreign owners: English or Thai in the holder if that is how you sell — buying in Thailand. We do not print your lookbook here.

Mall rules may own takeaway stands on the corridor — landlord. Layout: not in decompression.

Common mistakes

  • Catalogues on the packing surface.
  • Window as a paper dump.
  • Holder in every bay.
  • Unpriced SKUs plus no lookbook — tickets still come first.

What belongs on the quotation

  1. Holder count — usually one.
  2. Footprint and finish.
  3. Where it sits vs wrap.
  4. Language of the inserts if you want it specified.
  5. Language of the document, Thai or English.

Send shop type and whether you actually print a lookbook. That is enough to specify a holder instead of a paper pile.

One holder, tickets on the SKU

If you are fitting a shop in Thailand, do not let paper eat the wrap. Send the shop type, the size, and the opening month through the fixture plan form. We will return one fixture schedule and one written quotation — Thai or English — covering the holder, the tickets, and the walk.

Common questions

How many brochure holders in a small shop?
Usually one. A holder in every bay is a third brand wall of paper.
Can lookbooks sit on the cash wrap?
Beside it, in a specified holder, if leftover width exists. Not a stack on the packing surface.
Should the window hold catalogues?
No. The window is an ad. Paper in the glass reads as leftover stock.
Do I still need price tickets if I have a lookbook?
Yes. Unpriced facing is not merchandising. A lookbook is not a shelf-edge ticket.
