Sign Holders on Slatwall as Fixture Lines

Published 30 August 2026 · 4 min read

A holder in every groove is a third brand wall of paper. Name the bay once. Price the SKU.

Sign holders on slatwall as fixture lines are communication on the wall without a third brand of paper in every groove. Independent retailers in Thailand clip an A4 in every bay because the accessory is cheap. The shops that still look like a shop keep one holder per story and put tickets on the SKU.

Retail signage is the graphic family. Price tickets are the SKU price. Lookbook holders are takeaway paper at service height. This page is the holder that sits in a groove.

What a slatwall sign holder is for

A holder names a bay: new, sale, a category. It is not merchandising of the garment. One per story. A holder in every groove is a paper wall — faceout spacing is the same discipline for arms.

Specify size so hangrail and faceouts still work — slatwall accessories. Acrylic or metal is a finish — black vs chrome, materials. We do not print your campaign.

Panel layout: empty grooves are unfinished spec, not extra sign slots. Aisle width: a projecting holder still eats millimetres. Put remaining walk on the quotation.

Mall rules may own hanging signs from the soffit — landlord, ceiling-hung. A groove holder is wall hardware, not a ceiling banner.

Foreign owners: English or Thai in the insert if that is how you sell — buying in Thailand. Tickets still come first. A bay name does not replace an unpriced facing.

Common mistakes

  • Holder in every groove.
  • A4 covering the product.
  • Unpriced SKUs plus a campaign board — tickets still first.
  • Paper dump as the window.

What belongs on the quotation

  1. Holder count — usually one per named story, not per groove.
  2. Size and finish, remaining projection vs walk.
  3. Ticket method on the SKU.
  4. Language of the inserts if you want it specified.
  5. Language of the document, Thai or English.

Send shop type and how many bay names you actually need. That is enough to specify holders instead of a paper forest.

One holder per story, tickets on the SKU

If you are fitting slatwall in Thailand, do not clip paper in every groove. Send the shop type, the size, and the opening month through the fixture plan form. We will return one fixture schedule and one written quotation — Thai or English — covering holders, tickets, and the walk.

Common questions

Should every slatwall bay have a sign holder?
No. One per named story. A holder in every groove is a paper wall.
Does a campaign sign replace price tickets?
No. Unpriced facing is not merchandising. Tickets belong on the quotation.
Can the holder project into the aisle?
Only if remaining walk is specified. Put projection on the quotation.
Is a soffit banner the same as a groove holder?
No. Ceiling hangs need landlord approval. A groove holder is wall hardware.
