What to specify instead of a kilogram
The product. Folded tees are not water bottles. Shoes are not blister packs. Name the SKU family per bay — t-shirts, shoes, bags.
The accessory. A short hook is not a hangrail of winter coats. Faceout spacing still applies — faceout spacing. Shelf depth is millimetres of shelf, not a load rating.
The span. Distance between uprights or panel joints. A long unsupported hangrail is a different job from a hook in a groove. Outriggers project; their load lives on the wall structure, not on a slogan.
The wall. Landlord drilling, wet walls, columns — landlord, corners. Freestanding slatwall is a different structure — freestanding slatwall.
We do not invent a kilogram, a safety factor, or a warranty. If a factory sheet exists for that accessory, it can sit beside the quotation. It is not our published rating.
Materials: steel accessories vs MDF grooves. The weaker line is the one to name, not a marketing number.

Wall vs freestanding racks: if you cannot drill, do not hang the winter run on a panel that is only clipped.
When to replace: failed edges and unlocked rolling racks as the size run are function failures, not a missing kilogram on a blog.

- Every groove loaded as if it were a warehouse.

- Product family per bay.
- Accessory type and count.
- Span between supports.
- Sheet type (PVC / MDF) and edge if relevant.
- Language of the document, Thai or English.
Send shop type and what actually hangs. That is enough to specify a bay instead of a fake rating.
