Swimwear Shop Fixture Plan for Small Units

Published 30 August 2026 · 4 min read

Face-out every print and nobody finds a size. Hang the run. One sample. A room that meets.

A swimwear shop fixture plan for small units is double hang, a room that closes, and samples at one height — not a fashion forest of wet-look rails in the door. Independent retailers in Thailand hang every colour face-out because a boutique lookbook showed it. The shops that still find a size keep the run on specified hangrail and one sample height for the print.

Double hang vs single hang and hangrail height still apply — millimetres on the quote. Face-out vs shoulder-out: print once, density on the rail. Fitting room: one that closes. Swimwear without a room is a showroom.

What the floor can hold

Perimeter hangrail. Size run, often double hang for tops and bottoms. Remaining walk — aisle width. Wall vs freestanding if you cannot drill — landlord.

One sample height. Print or colour story — not every SKU face-out. How many mannequins: one after decompression — layout.

Not a wet forest. Water belongs in a named wet-test if you have one, off MDF — humidity, florist as the wet-bench sibling. We do not invent a drain.

Wrap that packs. Small bags, leftover width — cash wrap. Tickets on sizes — price tickets.

Hangers: match hanger to garment. A mixed forest reads as leftover stock. Kids if you sell children’s swim: split the wall.

Window: one story. Seasonal window vs floor: one campaign, not two forests.

Common mistakes

  • Every print face-out.
  • No fitting room.
  • Water on MDF slatwall.
  • Four-way as the size run.

What belongs on the quotation

  1. Double vs single hang — millimetres.
  2. Sample height vs run — named.
  3. Room that closes.
  4. Remaining walk.
  5. Language of the document, Thai or English.

Send shop type and whether you sell kids. That is enough to specify a size wall instead of a print forest.

Run on the rail, one print, a room that closes

If you are fitting a swimwear shop in Thailand, put sizes on hangrail. Send the shop type, the size, and the opening month through the fixture plan form. We will return one fixture schedule and one written quotation — Thai or English — covering the rail, the room, and the walk.

Common questions

Should every print face out?
No. One sample height. Sizes on hangrail.
Double hang for swimwear?
Often yes for tops and bottoms. Put millimetres on the quotation. We do not publish a universal height.
Is a fitting room required?
One that closes. Swimwear without a room is a showroom.
Water on slatwall for a wet test?
Keep water off MDF. Name a wet bench if you have one. We do not invent a drain.
